Refund policy

You may return most new, unopened, factory sealed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Note that special orders and custom anodized and/or lasered markers and accessories are not returnable and are subject to the Anodizing & Lasering Terms. If Adrenaline is the manufacturer of your product, please visit our Returns Center for return, warranty and repair assistance. If Adrenaline is not the manufacturer of the product, please direct all warranty and repair issues, including defects out of the box, to the appropriate manufacturer.   

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an eligible item for refund, exchange or warranty service please visit our Returns Center and complete all sections. If you cannot find your order number, visit your Account for your order history. Your return will be reviewed and, if eligible, an RMA will be issued which should be placed on the outside of the box and in the documentation inside the box as well. Do NOT return any product without an RMA.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards except for EU residents as set forth below.

Note Regarding EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This right applies regardless of whether the item has been opened or used.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods by contacting us at support@adrenaline.shop. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.

We will issue a full refund of the purchase price, including standard outbound shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment — whichever comes first. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to gift cards that have been accessed or custom or personalized items such as full custom Adrenaline markers or any of our products with custom lasering.
